Chris oversees the web design and programming teams on all development and design projects. Throughout his 5 year career with Mannix Marketing, Chris has especially enjoyed interacting with clients and learning about their industries and their goals. He brings a respect for everyone’s unique perspective to each project, and considers all points of view while working with a client to establish their Internet Marketing plan. Chris’s extensive experience in systems analysis and technical training keeps projects running smoothly and efficiently.
After a day at the office, you’ll find Chris digging in the dirt, indulging his passion for perfecting his yard and garden. If he’s not perusing a local nursery for that unique addition to his yard, you can find him whipping up a gourmet meal or watching a great movie. Travel is also a passion and his dream vacation is to go on an African Safari. |

With 8 years of graphic design experience to his credit, Collin is a tremendous addition to the Mannix Marketing team. He joins the company as a Web Site Designer, after 7 years as the creative director for a locally-owned and operated weekly newspaper. Collin’s extensive background in print and multimedia design started back when he was at SUNY Oswego, where he earned a BFA in Graphic Design. His passion for the arts doesn’t end with designing. Outside of work Collin has a great affinity for music. In addition to producing and performing his own music as a DJ, Collin is on the cusp of the launch of his very own independent music label. When it’s time to take a break from music, he enjoys the outdoors, including local lakes, with his girlfriend Allison. |

As Director of SEO Development, Lisa handles the SEO sales for the team and as a Senior SEO Specialist, maintains
her own client list of projects, many in the Williamsburg, Virginia area where Lisa is based. As Mannix
Marketing’s second employee, Lisa has over 8 years with the company and brings her extensive experience to the
many current and prospective clients she works with every day. Whether planning a marketing launch for a newly
created site, or expanding the Internet presence of a long-time customer, Lisa applies her expertise with a sense
of honesty and integrity that Mannix Marketing is known for. From her start working on a laptop at Sara’s kitchen
table to her current integral role in the company’s direction, the strategy and work ethic behind Mannix Marketing
have remained constant and Lisa is proud to work with such genuine and generous people. Besides working a
dedicated schedule, Lisa’s passion is her 12 year old daughter, Isobel. She enjoys maintaining and updating her

Bill Bouchard has worked at Mannix Marketing, Inc. as a Senior Search Engine Optimization Consultant for over 6
years. Bill’s background as a US Marine and his love for technology has proved to be a winning combination. Team
members and clients alike applaud his calm, easy going manner and his ability to stay focused and on task. Bill’s
primary job responsibilities are to manage the many aspects of a client’s SEO project – from cleaning up site
architecture to implementing 301 redirects to optimizing site copy. What keeps Bill motivated at work is the
diversity of his clients and their web sites. He also loves the ‘family feel’ of working at a small company. Bill
received his training at San Diego State University and SUNY Brockport. Bill is also a new daddy and loves
playing and spending time with wife, Kerri, and son, Brady. Being a dad pretty much eats up all of his free time,
but he also still tinkers with home improvement projects – an endless adventure. |

As Director of Programming and Portal Development, Dan’s responsibilities range from working directly with clients, to working on the development of the Mannix Marketing portals and in-house administrative tools. Dan has worked at Mannix Marketing since 2001 and enjoys the small company atmosphere. He values working with Sara Mannix and the diverse group of employees that make the team such a unique group to work with. Dan believes that the employees gel well together, therefore making the everyday work place fun!
A technology guru, Dan has been an integral part in bringing the company into the “database world” - he loves new technology and believes that it makes life easier and the company more profitable.
Dan has an Associates degree in Music from Indiana Bible College in Indianapolis, IN. His love for technology brought him into web design/programming, where he was later hired by Sara Mannix and was able to turn his hobby into a career! He has since taken programming related courses to broaden his skills and enhance his knowledge of the programming/design world.
Life is good outside of work, as Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends and also hanging out at various church functions. You can catch him listening to music, biking, snowboarding, or planning his next vacation destination package! |

Jamie is another recent edition to the development team at Mannix Marketing. He has a strong graphic design background, and is excited to bring this experience to the internet. His favorite part of working at Mannix Marketing is when clients bring fresh ideas to the table that cause him to look at the job at hand (and future jobs) differently. This is probably because he enjoys learning new skills and is always looking for the next challenge. This will help him as he finds new ways to build better designs for our customers.
Before coming on board at Mannix Marketing, Jamie was a graphic designer with a large local company where he worked on campaigns and collateral to increase brand awareness and bring in more customers. This was perfect for him to use the skills he received at SUNY Plattsburgh while earning a BA in Graphic Design.
Born and raised in Saratoga Springs, today Jamie lives there with his girlfriend Rachel. Give him any type of bike and Jamie will jump on it. As an avid cyclist (and President of the Saratoga Mountain Bike Association), Jamie loves mountain biking, road cycling, BMX, commuting, street riding and just cruising around town on his ‘townie’ bikes. When it’s raining you’ll find him inside making furniture or anything he can think of out of wood. |

Since 2004 Toby has been the Web Applications Developer for Mannix Marketing, covering ASP, ColdFusion, and PHP scripting, along with database development. He’s always ready to drop what he’s doing to help a team member learn something new. One of Toby’s philosophies is the more that he can help someone else know the better it is for everybody - no point knowing something if you don't share it.
Toby was born and raised in England, moving to the USA in 1994 and became a citizen in 2001. He created his first web site way back in April 1996 after his brother shared the information that Compuserve gave you 1-MB of free space (what seemed like a large amount at the time). Toby graduated ITT Tech, Albany in 2004 with an Associates in Occupational Studies (Information Technology/Web Development), at the top of his class no less. He is an active member of the National Technology Honor Society (NTHS).
Toby’s passions outside of web development include Formula One motor racing, ice hockey, and spending time with his family. Toby and his wife enjoy traveling to Europe to visit family and working to improve their new physical and online home (www.tobyandjoann.com). They share their house with

Being the Office Manager at a fast-paced internet marketing company means you need to juggle a ton of responsibilities for both clients and co-workers, and juggle them well. For the past year Amanda has done this with a great deal of pride and passion. She sees job satisfaction as starting with the people you’re surrounded with, and she couldn’t be more satisfied with the warm, friendly, and clever she comes in contact with each day she is at Mannix Marketing.
With all the presents itself to Amanda each day, it is a good thing that she has a variety of experiences to pull from. Prior to joining Mannix Marketing, she had performed duties as a lead technician at an internet, sales associate, advertiser, waitress, bartender, and more.
Amanda currently lives in downtown Saratoga, and when not at the office she can be found with her my boyfriend, Josh and their boxer/pit bull, Max. She LOVES music and theater, and can often be found singing and humming her favorite radio hit or show tune. |

Prior to teaming up with Mannix Marketing she managed her own Network Marketing Business.

In addition to applying this to her career, she also keeps it in mind as she cooks, gardens and spends time with her two awesome children. Steve is a newcomer to Mannix, but has all ready discovered that people (both customers and employees) are what make working here so great. He says the environment is ‘really cool,’ and looks forward to the new projects each day brings.
As a self-taught web developer (save a short time at a local community college) Steve has a ton of firsthand knowledge on ‘how to’ and ‘how not to’ go about getting the desired results. Before Mannix he was a Linux Administrator, and also put to use his entrepreneurial spirit to run a small website project business.
Steve is a talented musician, having learned to play almost 20 different instruments. On weekends he enjoys doing some landscaping and heading out for a little wine tasting in the evening. Steve currently resides in Rensselaer with his girlfriend. |

their knowledge with each other. She graduated from Siena College with a BA in English and brings excellent
client communication skills to her position. Her natural ability and her enthusiasm for learning quickly made
her a valuable member of the team. Sarah particularly enjoys researching keywords pertinent to client web sites
and optimizing current copy to make it search engine friendly, as well as developing new copy for both client
sites and Mannix Marketing’s online travel guides. Sarah enjoys this fast-paced, intellectually-rich industry
and loves the high spirited energy that the SEO team exudes. Aside from working, she loves being a newlywed and

techniques. Destiny enjoys working for Mannix because of all the new friendships she has made and because she's in
a field that she loves. Outside of work, Destiny enjoys playing cards, visiting with friends and family and going

Mark is the perfect fit for CTO at Mannix Marketing. With experience at both large and small organizations, his knowledge and skills guide the company’s infrastructure as it is growing from a home-based company into a medium-sized local employer. He takes great pride in knowing that he is laying the groundwork for Mannix Marketing to be able to service our clients in the best possible way as we move into the future.
After earning a degree from SUNY Plattsburgh, Mark eventually found his way into the Information Services industry. Over the past 15 years he has kept up with all the changes in technology, and developed a base of knowledge that was extremely valuable to his former employers, including a leading local healthcare company and a couple local computer companies. His willingness to learn and test out new ideas is now serving Mannix Marketing well.
When Mark isn’t installing something new around the office, he can be found taking in the best of what the Adirondacks has to offer: the land and the water. During the summer he can be found cruising the local lakes by boat, and spending the nights under the stars by a campfire. When the snow hits, he ventures up to the local mountains and enjoys snowboarding the day away. |

As founder and CEO of Mannix Marketing, Sara oversees all aspects of the company, including corporate direction, portal development, and client and employee relations. After ten years in the business, Sara believes that there is still nothing more satisfying than knowing her company
played an important role in helping a client’s business
be successful. Her philosophy is productivity and excellence in both Internet marketing and search engine optimization.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Albany, with a double major in Spanish and Italian, she pursued a career in traditional marketing at Benetton USA in New York City. Although her career in the Big Apple was prosperous, her heart led her back to Upstate New York.
An active mother of three, Sara is an avid snowboarder, hiker and roller-blader! Today, after a day of work, you will find her relaxing at home with her husband, three young children, two puppies, and a large extended family. |

From designing and developing web sites to executing email campaigns, Jennifer doesn’t take for granted the fact that everyone that works at Mannix Marketing gets along so well and is always willing to help one another out WITH ANYTHING to produce the best web sites for our clients.
Jennifer combines her ‘people pleasing’ personality with her degree in Graphic Design from SUNY Oswego to make sure each and every client is happy with the work she does. She isn’t satisfied until her clients are.
Living and working from her home in Clearwater Beach, Florida, Jennifer spends her free time enjoying the sun and outside activities with her boyfriend and two beagle puppies, Scooter and Harley.
Jennifer and her boyfriend's favorite new toy is a boat, which they use for hours on the nearby ocean. Since they live in the sunny state of Florida, they are usually quite busy entertaining visitors from the north looking for a nice vacation. On Saturdays in the fall she can be found watching her beloved Fighting Irish of Notre Dame. |

Everyday Brian feels honored to be part of our close-knit company that provides high-quality services. Brian has
experienced many aspects of marketing over the past 10 years, including brand management, copywriting, campaign
coordination and internet marketing, where he now helps clients maximize their presence on the internet. Brian
enjoys learning as much as he can. Whether on his own through books, video, and the internet or taking a night
class at a local library, Brian can’t get enough. He topped it off recently by earning his MBA from the
University at Albany. During the off hours Brian loves nothing more than spending time with his fiancée and
their chocolate Labrador Retriever. On the weekends you can find him fishing on the local lakes - even in the
middle of winter. For some reason he enjoys ice fishing. |

Maura comes to Mannix as a recent graduate of Siena College, with a B.S in Marketing and Management. Her past also brought her valuable work experience, having been employed as a Marketing Intern at both the Times Union Center in Albany and Stage 2 Planning in Latham. When she’s not busy introducing herself to local businesses, Maura enjoys running, skiing, figure skating and spending time with friends. Jennifer joined Mannix Marketing in January 2005 as a Marketing Assistant, a position she held for a mere three
months before everyone realized that her natural marketing abilities and great personality were perfect for the
optimization team. Jennifer combines a business background with a love for marketing, and a flair for writing.
She especially enjoys analyzing and optimizing websites to provide increased search traffic, higher search engine
placements, conversions, as well as create a valuable experience for website visitors. What Jennifer finds most
rewarding about working for Mannix Marketing is the close unity of the ‘family’ and the willingness of colleagues
to help clients and one another. Jennifer graduated from Marist College with a BS in International Business. On
the weekends she relaxes by cooking, going on road trips and hanging out with family and friends. During the
summer months, you will either catch her wakeboarding on Fish Creek or playing darts at The Parting Glass in

Brought on to the Mannix Marketing team in the summer of 2007, Jonathan has hit the ground running as a Web Applications Developer, taking on key roles in integral projects that have upgraded the services available from Mannix. Jonathan enjoys the professional but fun atmosphere that his teammates and clients have built, which allows him to get the most of himself. A native to the Glens Falls region, Jonathan received his BS in computer science from SUNY New Paltz, and immediately applied that knowledge and experience to an exciting sports technology company in upstate New York. While there he jumped at the opportunity to learn new skills, including the art and science of online videos. During his down time, he frequently hikes, ventures into caves, golfs and plays video games. And folks in the office have heard him say on more than one occasion. "You only live once, so live it up." |
