Dance. I have been a dancer for over 20 years. It allows me to express my creativity in a completely different outlet.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be? Why?
Teleportation. I would love to be able to visit my family, friends or experience new places at any moment.

If you were an animal, what would you be? Why?
I would like to be either a cat or an otter. Cats are very care free and relaxed and Otters are intelligent and eminently lovable.

What is your favorite place in the world?
The grocery store. I could spend hours and hours there, and let’s be honest, I do! Some of my favorite places to shop are Wegmans, Trader Joe’s, The Fresh Market.

Do you have any favorite causes or organizations?

Shenendehowa Winterguard: Since 2013, I have been a coach with the Shenendehowa Winterguard/Colorguard. The most rewarding experience is working with children. I am so lucky to spend countless hours teaching, empowering, mentoring, and motivating students in preparation for performances. Their openness to learn, their love of life, and watching them grasp the technique of dance is amazing. I especially love watching them express themselves in their own way. It makes me proud to watch their progress and that I have played a little part in their lives.

Homes for Orphaned Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) Volunteer: I am so honored to be a volunteer (since 2015) for such an inspiring organization that is dedicated to giving animals of all shapes and sizes in the local community a better home and life.

If you had a time machine, what era would you visit? Why?
I would visit 3013 to see how our civilization has changed and how we have adapted to our environment.
