We are located in beautiful downtown Glens Falls NY with offices in the historic Union Square building on Broad Street. Our offices are easily accessible from Albany and Syracuse to the Northern Adirondacks and Western Vermont. We continue to grow in an environment designed and customized to accommodate our fun – and growing – internet marketing team!

How to Get Here

Take I-87 (the Northway) to Exit 18. Head east at the end of exit ramp. The name of this road is Corinth Road. About a mile down the road its name changes to Main Street, and about a half mile after that it changes to Broad Street.

We are located at 11 Broad Street at Union Square. There are parking lots on both sides of the Union Square building. We are on the third floor. The elevator is located on the other side of the stairwell and is accessible from every floor.

What Our Clients Are Saying

We have been working with Mannix Marketing for over 10-years now. We did our homework and recognized that Mannix was producing the most beautiful websites in the region. Each one was so unique, truly highlighting /showcasing the business. We are on our 2nd generation website and could not be happier with the results. We realized long ago that we had beautiful work but it was challenging to display it the way our customers were searching for it. The knowledge and expertise that Sara’s team brings is invaluable, they learn and understand how your business functions and how to market it. We are an industry leader now and it did not happen over night. It took hard work, numerous awards, etc. Our success started with our name recognition and reputation, our growth is due to the behind-the-scenes stuff that Sara puts in place-it’s the mobile ready website, SEO and all the little algorithms that has lead to hits and future jobs.
