Chris Archibee - Director of Web Development

Chris oversees our team of graphic designers and website developers, who work together to formulate a unique marketing strategy on each new website we build. Throughout his 9 year career with Mannix Marketing, Chris has especially enjoyed interacting with clients and learning about their singular industries and business goals.

He brings a respect for everyone's unique perspective to each project, and considers all points of view while working with a client to establish their Internet marketing plan. Chris's extensive experience in systems analysis and technical training keeps projects running smoothly and efficiently and has provided him with the rare ability to discuss technical matters in plain English so everyone can understand them.

Outside the office, Chris's favorite thing to do is spend quiet time at home with his partner and step-daughter. Cooking, wine and movies (some good and some bad) are the order of the day. Chris and his family enjoy traveling and have a goal to visit every continent (except Antarctica) in the next 6 years. In the summer, Chris grows vegetables in the dirt and looks forward to retiring some day so that can be his full time job.

Collin Badger - Web Site Designer

With 10 years of graphic design experience to his credit, Collin is a tremendous addition to the Mannix Marketing team. He joins the company as a Web Site Designer, after 9 years as the creative director for a locally-owned and operated weekly newspaper. Collin's extensive background in print and multimedia design started back when he was at SUNY Oswego, where he earned a BFA in Graphic Design. His passion for the arts doesn't end with designing. Outside of work Collin has a great affinity for music. In addition to producing and performing his own music as a DJ, Collin has launched of his very own independent music label.

Eric Baker - Web Applications Developer

Eric also joined Mannix Marketing's design and development team in fall of 2008 as a Web Applications Developer. With a strong internet background that dates back to 1998, Eric brings his expert knowledge of HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, PHP, ColdFusion and other web-based applications to his career at Mannix Marketing. He uses his skills to develop innovative, well-structured websites for clients as well as interactive webpage components and Flash animation features.

Lisa Bishop - Director of Search Engine Optimization Development & Virginia Portal Marketing

As Director of SEO Development, Lisa handles the SEO sales for the team and as a Senior SEO Specialist, maintains her own client list of projects, many in the Williamsburg, Virginia area where Lisa is based. As Mannix Marketing's second employee, Lisa has over 10 years with the company and brings her extensive experience to the many current and prospective clients she works with every day. Whether planning a marketing launch for a newly created site, or expanding the Internet presence of a long-time customer, Lisa applies her expertise with a sense of honesty and integrity that Mannix Marketing is known for. From her start working on a laptop at Sara's kitchen table to her current integral role in the company's direction, the strategy and work ethic behind Mannix Marketing have remained constant and Lisa is proud to work with such genuine and generous people. Besides working a dedicated schedule, Lisa's passion is her 14 year old daughter, Isobel. She enjoys maintaining and updating her daughter's web site, http://www.libertybella.com/. Bill Bouchard - Senior Search Engine Optimization Consultant

Bill Bouchard has worked at Mannix Marketing, Inc. as a Senior Search Engine Optimization Consultant for over 7 years. Bill's background as a US Marine and his love for technology has proved to be a winning combination. Team members and clients alike applaud his calm, easy going manner and his ability to stay focused and on task. Bill's primary job responsibilities are to manage the many aspects of a client's SEO project - from cleaning up site architecture to implementing 301 redirects to optimizing site copy. What keeps Bill motivated at work is the diversity of his clients and their web sites. He also loves the 'family feel' of working at a small company. Bill received his training at San Diego State University and SUNY Brockport. Bill is also a new daddy and loves playing and spending time with wife, Kerri, and son, Brady.

Dan Byron - Director of Programming and Portal Development

As Director of Programming and Portal Development, Dan's responsibilities range from working directly with clients, to working on the development of the Mannix Marketing portals and in-house administrative tools. Dan has worked at Mannix Marketing since 2001 and enjoys the small company atmosphere. He values working with Sara Mannix and the diverse group of employees that make the team such a unique group to work with. Dan believes that the employees gel well together, therefore making the everyday work place fun! A technology guru, Dan has been an integral part in bringing the company into the "database world" - he loves new technology and believes that it makes life easier and the company more profitable. Dan has an Associates degree in Music but his love for technology brought him into web design/programming. He was able to later turn his hobby into a career when he was hired by Mannix Marketing! He has since taken many programming/web related courses to broaden his skills and enhance his knowledge of the field. Life is good outside of work, as Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends. You can catch him playing guitar, biking, skiing/snowboarding, or planning his next family getaway!

Jamie Clechenko - Web Site Developer

Jamie is another recent addition to the development team at Mannix Marketing. He has a strong graphic design background, and is excited to bring this experience to the internet. His favorite part of working at Mannix Marketing is when clients bring fresh ideas to the table that cause him to look at the job at hand (and future jobs) differently. This is probably because he enjoys learning new skills and is always looking for the next challenge. This will help him as he finds new ways to build better designs for our customers. Before coming on board at Mannix Marketing, Jamie was a graphic designer with a large local company where he worked on campaigns and collateral to increase brand awareness and bring in more customers. This was perfect for him to use the skills he received at SUNY Plattsburgh while earning a BA in Graphic Design. Born and raised in Saratoga Springs, today Jamie lives there with his girlfriend Rachel. Give him any type of bike and Jamie will jump on it. As an avid cyclist (and President of the Saratoga Mountain Bike Association), Jamie loves mountain biking, road cycling, BMX, commuting, street riding and just cruising around town on his 'townie' bikes. When it's raining you'll find him inside making furniture or anything he can think of out of wood.

Nicole Dallek - Search Engine Optimization Strategist

Straight from SUNY Buffalo, Nicole started with Mannix Marketing in 2009. With strong writing skills and a BA in business with concentrations in Marketing and MIS, she was a natural fit for Mannix's experienced SEO team. Her responsibilities include monitoring marketing campaigns for clients and analyzing statistical data to help improve site performance and profitability. During the winter, Nicole is an avid snowboarder; in the warmer months, she can be found hiking in the Adirondacks. When at home, her passions lie in cooking, photography and watching Jeopardy.

Toby Dawes - Director of Web Application Development

Since 2004 Toby has been the Web Applications Developer for Mannix Marketing, covering ASP, ColdFusion, and PHP scripting, along with database development. He's always ready to drop what he's doing to help a team member learn something new. One of Toby's philosophies is the more that he can help someone else know the better it is for everybody - no point knowing something if you don't share it. Toby was born and raised in England, moving to the USA in 1994 and became a citizen in 2001. He created his first web site way back in April 1996 after his brother shared the information that Compuserve gave you 1-MB of free space (what seemed like a large amount at the time). Toby graduated ITT Tech, Albany in 2004 with an Associates in Occupational Studies (Information Technology/Web Development), at the top of his class no less. He is an active member of the National Technology Honor Society (NTHS). Toby's passions outside of web development include Formula One motor racing, ice hockey, and spending time with his family. Toby and his wife enjoy traveling to Europe to visit family and working to improve their new physical and online home (www.tobyandjoann.com). They share their house with their lovely baby daughter, two cats (Gibraltar and Megellan) and one dog (Oliver Cromwell - German Shepherd Mix).

Amanda DeLyser - Office Manager

Being the Office Manager at a fast-paced internet marketing company means you need to juggle a ton of responsibilities for both clients and co-workers, and juggle them well. Since 2006, Amanda has done this with a great deal of pride and passion. She sees job satisfaction as starting with the people you're surrounded with, and she couldn't be more satisfied with the warm, friendly, and clever people she comes in contact with each day she is at Mannix Marketing. With all that presents itself to Amanda each day, it is a good thing that she has a variety of experiences to pull from. Prior to joining Mannix Marketing, she had performed duties as a lead technician at an internet service provider, sales associate, advertiser, waitress, bartender, and more. Amanda currently lives just outside Saratoga. She loves to write, enjoys friendly competitions, and LOVES music and theater. She can often be found singing and humming her favorite radio hit or show tune.

Pam Holt - Chief Financial Officer

Pam is joining the team at Mannix Marketing, Inc. as our Chief Financial Officer. She has an extensive background of over 20 years in corporate health care management including the regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities for her divisions. After returning to upstate New York she founded and ran her own successful Nursing Case Management business which she owned for over 8 years. Although new to internet marketing, Pam brings a unique blend of financial management with expertise in the procedural applications at all levels of an organization to achieve consistent and profitable outcomes. She is now bringing her experience to Mannix Marketing, Inc. Pam has her Bachelor's of Science from Oral Roberts University and did graduate study at the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University. Pam is an active mother whose time outside the office surrounds family life and she enjoys bicycling and cross country skiing

He graduated from The Sage College of Albany with a Graphic Design degree. When Brendan isn't thinking 'design', he'll probably be listening to music, mountain biking, or skiing.

Destiny Malone - Regional Portal Editor

Destiny has been part of the Mannix Marketing team since the spring of 2007. She graduated with a BA in Communications from Russell Sage College in Troy NY. She is responsible for maintaining relevant, up-to-date information on the company's city guides to the region, including Albany.com, Saratoga.com, LakeGeorge.com and others. Her writing-intensive background, marketing skills and SEO experience makes her a valuable resource to the portal division. Destiny enjoys working for Mannix because she's in a field that she loves and says it doesn't even feel like work. Outside of her career life, Destiny enjoys shopping, visiting with friends and family and going to church. Her favorite place to be is at the ocean. Mark is the perfect fit for CTO at Mannix Marketing. With experience at both large and small organizations, his knowledge and skills guide the company's infrastructure as it is growing from a home-based company into a medium-sized local employer. He takes great pride in knowing that he is laying the groundwork for Mannix Marketing to be able to service our clients in the best possible way as we move into the future. After earning a degree from SUNY Plattsburgh, Mark eventually found his way into the Information Services industry. Over the past 15 years he has kept up with all the changes in technology, and developed a base of knowledge that was extremely valuable to his former employers, including a leading local healthcare company and a couple local computer companies. His willingness to learn and test out new ideas is now serving Mannix Marketing well. When Mark isn't installing something new around the office, he can be found taking in the best of what the Adirondacks has to offer: the land and the water. During the summer he can be found cruising the local lakes by boat, and spending the nights under the stars by a campfire. When the snow hits, he ventures up to the local mountains and enjoys snowboarding the day away.

Sara Mannix - Founder & Chief Executive Officer

As founder and CEO of Mannix Marketing, Sara oversees all aspects of the company, including corporate direction, portal development, and client and employee relations. After ten years in the business, Sara believes that there is still nothing more satisfying than knowing her company played an important role in helping a client's business be successful. Her philosophy is productivity and excellence in both Internet marketing and search engine optimization. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Albany, with a double major in Spanish and Italian, she pursued a career in traditional marketing at Benetton USA in New York City. Although her career in the Big Apple was prosperous, her heart led her back to Upstate New York. An active mother of three, Sara is an avid snowboarder, hiker and roller-blader! Today, after a day of work, you will find her relaxing at home with her husband, three young children, two puppies, and a large extended family.

Jennifer combines her 'people pleasing' personality with her degree in Graphic Design from SUNY Oswego to make sure each and every client is happy with the work she does. She isn't satisfied until her clients are. Jennifer spends her free time enjoying the sun and outside activities such as boating, rollerblading, or walking her dogs. He topped it off by earning his MBA from the University at Albany. During the off hours Brian loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and their chocolate Labrador Retriever. On the weekends you can find him fishing on the local lakes - even in the middle of winter. For some reason he enjoys ice fishing.

Maura Titterington joins Mannix Marketing as its first ever Marketing Specialist. As a new employee, and native to Glens Falls, she is excited to contribute to the local economy through online marketing of the regional portals. She also can't wait to start meeting and collaborating with the many area businesses that Mannix interacts with on a regular basis. Maura comes to Mannix as a recent graduate of Siena College, with a B.S in Marketing and Management. Her past also brought her valuable work experience, having been employed as a Marketing Intern at both the Times Union Center in Albany and Stage 2 Planning in Latham. When she's not busy introducing herself to local businesses, Maura enjoys running, skiing, figure skating and spending time with friends. And like many others in the upstate New York area, she follows the Yankees from spring training through the end of the baseball season, which she hopes each year is late October.

Jennifer joined Mannix Marketing in January 2005 as a Marketing Assistant, a position she held for a mere three months before everyone realized that her natural marketing abilities and great personality were perfect for the optimization team. She quickly moved up from there to Director of Portal Marketing in early 2008. Jennifer combines a business background with a love for marketing, and a flair for writing. She especially enjoys analyzing and optimizing websites to provide increased search traffic, higher search engine placements, conversions, as well as create a valuable experience for website visitors. What Jennifer finds most rewarding about working for Mannix Marketing is the close unity of the 'family' and the willingness of colleagues to help clients and one another. Jennifer graduated from Marist College with a BS in International Business. On the weekends she relaxes by cooking, going on road trips and hanging out with family and friends. During the summer months, you will either catch her wakeboarding on Fish Creek or playing darts at The Parting Glass in downtown Saratoga Springs.

Brought on to the Mannix Marketing team in the summer of 2007, Jonathan has hit the ground running as a Web Applications Developer, taking on key roles in integral projects that have upgraded the services available from Mannix. Jonathan enjoys the professional but fun atmosphere that his teammates and clients have built, which allows him to get the most of himself. A native to the Glens Falls region, Jonathan received his BS in computer science from SUNY New Paltz, and immediately applied that knowledge and experience to an exciting sports technology company in upstate New York. While there he jumped at the opportunity to learn new skills, including the art and science of online videos. During his down time, he frequently hikes, ventures into caves, golfs and plays video games. And folks in the office have heard him say on more than one occasion. "You only live once, so live it up."
