The US Search Awards is like the Oscars of the SEO industry. Each year, entrants compete against leading digital marketing agencies and major brands from a variety of industries across North America and are then judged by a panel of industry experts who determine which company’s campaign showed the best performance.
This year, Mannix Marketing’s entries earned top spots on two highly competitive shortlists.
Best SEO Campaign
Mannix Marketing Inc. & Koke, Inc. – Organic SEO Campaign
After years of ongoing success in helping Koke Inc. climb to the top of the organic search results, Mannix Marketing’s SEO team continues to have a profound impact on this industrial equipment supplier’s rankings, traffic, inquiries, and sales. Our team redesigned the Koke Inc. website in 2015 for improved usability on mobile devices and continued running a targeted monthly SEO program designed to help Koke Inc. get found online by prospective customers from across the U.S.
While the results from previous years were phenomenal, the growth continued at an amazing rate: traffic in June 2016 increased by 158.79% compared to June 2015; page views increased 184.40% year-over-year; basket sales increased six-fold. Moreover, Koke Inc. introduced new products such as the Hospital Rescue Basket in 2016 and is already generating top rankings for targeted keywords.
Best Use of Video in a Search Campaign
Mannix Marketing Inc. & Atlantic British – Repair & Maintenance Academy Video Campaign
Operating a successful e-commerce website continues to get harder as more and more competitors and resellers enter the scene. We decided to dedicate resources to build a video library on www.RoverParts.com that provides Land Rover owners with informational and how-to videos for owning and servicing their favorite vehicles. The videos and the section of the website which housed the videos were then optimized to help Atlantic British generate more traffic, increase engagement, and improve sales.
Over the course of one year, the campaign revealed some remarkable results: 23% increase in website visits; 188% increase in page views for the Resources section; overall sales grew by 4.51%.
