After you receive a letter stating your website is not accessible, what do you do next?

There are three things you need to do:

  1. Work with a web development company that knows WCAG 2.1 AA for an initial audit and remediation (that would be Mannix Marketing)
  2. Work with a third-party organization that will certify that your site has been made compliant
  3. Hire a lawyer.
