We partnered with Benson’s to redefine their brand narrative, ensuring customers understood why shopping locally mattered. By conducting customer research and leadership interviews, we identified their strongest differentiators: certified pet nutrition expertise, loyalty rewards, a vast selection of healthy pet food, and a deep, genuine love for animals.

To highlight their commitment to expertise, we developed the tagline “We Love Your Pets” and “Pet Nutrition Experts at Your Service” messaging pillar, among seven other messaging pillars, to position Benson’s as more than just a pet store—it’s a family-owned, trusted resource for pet health and wellness with great prices and delivery.

To bring this to life, we created a fun, cohesive brand system that honored their existing logo while introducing a fresh color palette, fonts, and playful design elements. These assets carried through to store signage, social media, marketing materials, and a redesigned website featuring dynamic animations and engaging storytelling. We also developed a social media content strategy that made it easy to create consistent, eye-catching posts and an automated newsletter that seamlessly integrated website specials.
