This 25,000 square foot space is powered by the United Way of the Greater Capital Region with a mission of accomplishing more in the nonprofit world by working amongst other like-minded organizations.

The Blake Annex came to Mannix to develop a website highlighting the opportunities and conveniences of a shared space for nonprofits. Promoting the benefits of both Day Passes and Memberships throughout, the new website makes it easy to find the perfect space for the non-profit’s needs, whether it is a private office or access to the entire coworking space. Purchasing a Membership or Requesting a Tour right on the site makes it effective to generate instant leads to grow.
In addition, blues and yellows were used throughout the site tying in the United Way of the Greater Capital Region’s signature colors.
