Mannix Marketing Announces Recent Addition of New Employees

Five new staff members add their unique skills and abilities to growing company

Mannix Marketing is proud to introduce 5 new employees into their Internet marketing company. Mark Mannix, Tracy Sabattis, Pam Sissons, Brian McGrath and Jamie Clechenko have all recently joined Mannix Marketing to bring their knowledge and experience to the various departments within the company.

Mark Mannix joins Mannix Marketing as the Chief Technology Officer, establishing and leading all aspects of technology development as the company grows from a home-based business into a medium-sized local employer. Mark will build and manage a top-flight technology team, oversee research and development and provide visible leadership for the company within the tech community. He will also help establish the company’s strategic direction with a focus on Mannix Marketing’s main tourism portals:,, and Mark worked as Senior Systems Programmer at Blue Shield of Northeastern NY before leaving to join Mannix Marketing.

Tracy Sabattis rejoins Mannix Marketing in her new role as Director of Internet Marketing. Tracy, a former employee and long-time subcontractor for the company, has worked in the Internet Marketing field since 1998. Tracy will be responsible for training and overseeing Mannix Marketing’s search engine marketing, optimization and copywriting team, ensuring that all in-house projects are running smoothly. She will also collaborate on Internet Marketing proposals for Capital District projects and continue as point of contact for several clients. Tracy brings many years of management and marketing experience to her new role, and has worked with Mannix Marketing for the last seven years.

Pam Sissons joins Mannix Marketing’s search engine marketing team as an Internet copywriter. Pam will focus on developing well-written and search engine friendly copy for the company’s tourism portals as well as for client sites. She will also optimize existing copy on client websites to improve readability, calls to action and to help gain top placements within the search engines. Pam brings a diverse background to her task that includes small business management, internet sales and copywriting experience.

Brian McGrath also joins the search engine marketing team as a Search Engine Optimization specialist. Brian will work with clients to develop optimal search engine marketing plans for both organic and pay-per-click traffic that is based on thorough keyword and competitor research. To gain placements within the search engines, he will optimize existing copy on client websites, and develop new copy as needed. Brian brings over eight years experience in marketing to his role, including brand management, copywriting and campaign coordination.

Jamie Clechenko joins Mannix Marketing as part of its design and development team. In his role as a web developer, his primary responsibility is to transition a website from the graphic design phase to the Internet, creating a functional site that meets the needs of the end user, while maintaining the creative vision of the client. Jamie comes from a large local company where he worked as a graphic designer on campaigns and collateral that increased brand awareness and brought in more customers.
